Wow Factor

An X-Factor inspired competition comes to the Costa del Sol, or more specifically ‘Moonlight Bar’ at the Sunset Beach Club Hotel, Benalmádena on the 20th of September and a week later on the 27th of September at the Atalaya Park Hotel in Marbella. This talent contest is being held to raise much-needed funds for the running costs of Costa cancer care NGO Cudeca.

The talent competition is open to all solo singers, aged 16 and over. Entrants will be charged a 10 euros registration fee and along with their talent, must be a CD or MP3 file featuring the backing track to the song.

For those who want to go and cheer on, a nominal sum of five euros will be charged to each member of the audience.

Like the X-factor, the ‘Wow Factor’ will have its fair share of the music industry’s judges and entrants will be expected to perform to the crowds.

As the competition progress the semi-finals will be staged on October 18, at the Moonlight Bar in Benalmádena. On this occasion, members of the public will pay 15 euros per head (remember it’s for charity) to watch the line-up of hopefuls as they sing their way to victory and public adoration

The Final Countdown

The dramatic and nerve-wracking setting for the finals will be at the Torrequebrada Hotel in Benalmádena. Again you will have to pay just 15 euros to secure your place in the audience to cheer them on, while privileged stage-side seating and other VIP packages will be reserved for those digging deeper into their pockets for Cudeca
