Cudeca is NGO (non-governmental organisation) and non-profit making based the province of Malaga on the Costa del Sol. Many of you might have seen some of their charity shops in Fuengirola, Marbella, etc…
The NGO assists patients suffering from terminal cancer and is also there to support the families through the illness and afterwards.
It appears that is these difficult times, many town halls all here on the Costa del Sol are a range of incentives and discount to help motivate us to pay our taxes, etc… This information is based on an article from the Sur in English from the 10th of October. I would recommend using the following information as a guide, contact you town hall directly and find out what other schemes are in place that by be a benefit.
Well it looks like Antonio Banderas is going to be saying goodbye to Hollywood for at least the next few years. Antonio has been living and working in the US since 1992, where he has played such memorable films such as Philadelphia and let’s not forget Desperado, Interview with the Vampire and the Shrek series. Since 1982 he has been in over 60 films, both English and Spanish speaking. A no mean feet, average just over 2 films a year.
Been reading through the local papers today and came upon an interesting article. It appears that the average salary in Malaga is 871 Euros, whereas the average mortgage is 1.100 Euros a month. In other words, a typical 3 bedroom property on the Costa del Sol costs a full salary plus 229 euros. Why is it so much? Well the Euribor is currently at a historic high, at around 5.5%.
