Reviewing the latest TINSA report for December, it appears that valuations along the Mediterranean coast have dropped slightly from Novembers figure of 2056 euros per square metre to 2052 euros per square metre in December.
So according to TINSA month on month valuations along the coast are down 0.19%. A negligible decrease.
